Värmland’s Museum’s art collection is varied and has been acquired gradually during the 1900s. The art exhibition includes work by about one hundred artists represented in the museum’s collection and although it’s based primarily on artwork that has connections to Värmland, work of international artists is also represented. Just as the title promises, visitors are invited behind the scenes and can, for example, gain insight into how the artistic process behind creation works. The exhibition, ranging from Uno Troili to Gunvor Nelson; in depth descriptions provide insight into the artists’ life, work and thoughts.
