The Troll path

Walk a hiking trail just outside the museum for the whole family among elves and trolls! Do you dare to find out who is hiding in the forest?

The trail is approx. 3.5 km. The first 900 meters are uphill, but there is a lot to see and nice places to rest tired legs – so the climb is not as hard as you might think. The trail ends at the same place where it begins.

After walking the trail you can buy a diploma at the reception for 20 SEK, otherwise it is free and can be done even outside the museum’s opening hours.

The creator of the figures along the trail is Lasse Kaipianen.
